Come for the looks, stay for the HAUS-PITALITY DEPOSITS Each client is required to pay a deposit that is half the amount (50%) of the total cost of the service at time of booking. LATE POLICY I am very understanding, but please note that you will be allowed a 10 minute grace period from the start of your appointment time. After 10 minutes, I will cancel your appointment. You may reschedule one time without forfeiting your deposit. After one reschedule, You will forfeit your deposit and have to reschedule your appointment with a new deposit fee. RESCHEDULING If you must reschedule, please reach out and let me know. You can reschedule your appointment up until 24 hours before your appointment. Your previous appointment will be updated based on our availability. Once you have reached the 24 hour window, your appointment will be considered a cancellation and you will forfeit your deposit and have to rebook with a new deposit fee. CANCELLATIONS If you cancel or reschedule within 24hours of your appointment time you will be charged the remainder amount of your service to the card on file. In the event that the card does not go through, you will be blocked from online booking and must reach out directly to book and pay in advance for any future appointment. NO CALL NO SHOWS If you no call no show, you will be charged the remaining amount of your service to the card on file. In the event that the card does not go through, you will be blocked from online booking and must reach out directly to book. From that point, you must pay in advance for any future appointment. NEW VS RETURN CLIENT If the time between your last appointment and your current appointment request exceeds six (6) months, you will be considered a new client. CHILDREN AND GUESTS Your little ones and guests are always welcome in our space! There are snacks and drinks provided as well as plenty of space for them to be comfortable. Please be mindful of noise levels and behavior as we are in a shared space. *please note that booking an appointment confirms your understanding of all policies listed above*

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel or reschedule within 12 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged the remainder amount of your service to the card on file. In the event that the card declines, you will be blocked from future booking.
